Lake Havasu Area, AZ

Buckskin Mountain State Park, Bill Williams River Wildlife Refuge and Lake Havasu City! Our last stop in Arizona was Buckskin Mountain State Park about 20 miles South of Lake Havasu City.  Buckskin Mountain SP sits on the Colorado River and it is a very different river than what flows through the Grand Canyon!  The river is flat with zero rapids! The state park is small, but we really enjoyed it; given we felt we had the best site in the park!
