After 3 days on the road we finally arrived at Big Bend. The final 30 miles were very hairy, no map showed us that there was an 18% grade on the route from Presidio to Lajitas! The Tundra got us up the grade with the Airstream but it is nothing we would want to do again! We stayed in Terlingua in the heart of the desert at Road Runner Travelers, a new RV campground.
