OMG, the HEAT!

The past couple of weeks we have actually struggled!  The heat has been ugly….So ugly that yesterday we rerouted our trip.

We were going to stay in Heber City until 7/29, but hanging out in the AC of the Airstream pushed us to make the decision to leave.  We have  throughly enjoyed our time here but we are excited to move on.

Our next stop is Twin Falls, ID for an overnight, then on to Ashton, ID for 9 days.  Ashton, ID is an hour from Yellowstone National Park and 1.5 hours from Grand Teton National Park.  This will give us a lot of options!  On the 28th we start our trek to Colorado where we are going to visit 2 different friends and on the 12th meet up with our East Coast friends, Susan & Atom that will be touring Colorado with us (in their RV) for the month of August.

Meantime here is a quick “mash-up video” of our activities in and near Heber City:

Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Bridal Veil Falls, Fly Fishing the Provo and Park City, plus more!  Enjoy the video and lots more to come!

Loved the scenery in this one, especially the water with the rocks and the fishing. Hard to believe it can be so hot out there!

It has been brutal…we never run the Airstream AC around the clock, but we have had to!

I was wondering if you had decided to get to a cooler section of the west (if you can find it!). Glad to hear you both are ok. Excellent videos!
