Yellowstone National Park, so majestic!
After Grand Teton National Park we returned to our Airstream for the night. We then headed to Yellowstone National Park. From our home base of Ashton, ID we had about an hour drive to Yellowstone. Yellowstone was established as the world’s first national park in 1872! This park influenced the creation of the National Park Service in 1916. The park is 3500 sq. miles of wilderness atop a volcanic hot spot. The park features canyons, alpine rivers, forests, hot springs and geysers.
