* This video was filmed the last week of August 2022
It is hard to believe this is our last video our month long adventure in the Canadian Rockies. The first two weeks we were in the Banff area and the third week in the Lake Louise Area…in this video we head to Jasper National Park via the Icefields Parkway. This drive is one of the most beautiful drives ever! The ride is 232 miles with some stunning sights that include Bow Lake, Peyto Lake and Athabasca Glacier.
We spent ten days at Whistlers Campground in the National Park. During our stay we explored the:
- The Town of Jasper
- Athabasca Falls
- Medicine Lake
- Maligne Canyon
- Fished the remote Beaver Lake
- Mount Edith Cavell (this hike is like no other)
- and a Heilcopter tour (breathtaking)
Our trip with our dear friends Debbie and Joni has come to an end but we will share our memories and our friendship for the rest of our lives!
Enjoy the video!
