Los Poblanos Historic Inn

Milestone:  7 months we have been on this journey!

Since we have been traveling the country in our Airstream, we pamper ourselves every month or two with a “Luxury Stay” at a Hotel or Inn. While visiting our friends Tom and Shelia in Albuquerque, we stayed 2 nights at Los Poblanos Historic Inn.  When you arrive at the inn, there is a tree lined lane that sets the mood.

This inn was designed in 1932 by John Gaw Meem, the “Father of the Santa Fe Style” architecture.  Los Poblanos is located on an organic farm in the Rio Grande River Valley.

The inn also has Campo Restaurant where many ingredients are farm to table.  While there, we would see the chef out in the gardens picking items for the day.  We had dinner and brunch, both were delicious and the setting is always so special.

The inn provides bikes, swimming pool as well as a “Farm Shop” filled with tasty delights!

We highly recommend this beautiful inn.

Never seen so much brown , but still the colors are all that more vibrant in the flowers and décor’ colors and shades of yellow greens…mixed in the pictures base of brown..makes them (colors) pop out .Have fun
