In this video, we travel over 1,000 miles from Harrison Hot Spring, BC to Hyder Alaska!  Last year when on our Alaska Adventure our intended route back to the US was to take the Cassier Highway to Hyder AK to see the bear feeding at the Fish Creek Wildlife Observation Site…..but due to fires the road was closed and we made a direct route back to the United States to avoid the overwhelming smoke.  So, since we were already in BC we decided to head to Hyder to see what we missed!We started in Williams Lake where we missed the…

Southwest British Columbia, Canada Day & Disc Golf!

In this video we visit Brent & Krista, our Borrego friends in Harrison Hot Springs. Exploring the tide pools of Botanical Beach, Vancouver Island!

While on Vancouver Island we visited Botanical Beach in a very remote part of Vancouver Island.  We hiked to the beach via the Botanical Beach Loop to the beach.  The hike was through a rain forest type of area with lots of roots along the trail making it a bit tricky to navigate.  Once at the beach we were so happy to see that the tide was still out and the magical tide pools were visible.  We saw the most amazing ocean creatures and such brilliant colors.
