We left Custer State Park and headed to Badlands National Park!  Wall DrugThis is a “fun” place to visit…everything from country western clothing to novelty items, food and an actual drug store! Custer State Park! Wow!

We spent a week exploring Custer State Park! This state park seemed more like a national park than a state park with majestic pastures, lakes and crazy rock formations. Our first outing we drove the wildlife loop and we hit the jackpot! The Custer Buffalo Herd were putting on a spectacular show! We watched these beautiful beasts for a long time, then continued on the loop to see prong horns, turkey and prairie dogs.
