THIS WEEKThis week we traveled to the east side of the Kenai Peninsula, with an overnight stop in Moose Pass, then on to Seward where we explored Kenai Fjords National Park.SEWARDSeward is a port city along the beautiful coast of Resurrection Bay. We had a campsite overlooking the bay and mountains! In this week’s video, we are in Kenai, Alaska and embark on a stunning tour to Big Lake across the Cook Inlet on a tour with Talon Air Service! After a 20 minute flight we land on the water where our fishing guide meets us and we head out for wildlife viewing and sockeye salmon fishing….What an adventure. This week we are excited to be in ALASKA where we start our adventures in Chicken before we move on to Fairbanks.CHICKEN, AKAccessed by the rugged yet beautiful Taylor Highway is the tiny town of Chicken. The town has a population of 12, with two cafes, a gas station, two RV parks, a gift shop, and a lively saloon.Since it was early and we were the only ones in the saloon, we dared each other to try pole dancing!
