Well another accomplishment! We took the ferry from Cape May, NJ to Lewes, DE! That would not be any big deal to most, but to us towing our new Airstream that was one week old onto a ferry was nerve racking.
Our nerves were calmed when the team on the ferry directed us to our spot without incident. The ride was fun and then we were paged because our truck alarm was going off…the boat was rocking and rolling setting off the car alarms. So, we just spent the rest of the trip sitting in the truck.
Travel Update
We will be staying in Rehoboth Beach visiting Susan & Atom for the week and then we will travel back to Colonial Airstream for the installation of the lithium batteries…
We will be returning to Richmond for more routine doctor appointment, then we will be heading out for our next big adventure!
