We spent two weeks in Glacier National Park. The first week we stayed in Hungry Horse just outside of the west entrance of the park. One of the main attractions of Glacier is “Going to the Sun” Road. Going to the Sun Road goes from the Apgar West entrance to the St. Mary East entrance. We drove and explored the West side of Going to the Sun up to Logan Pass while we were staying on the West side.
After a week, we moved to the East Side around the southern edge of the national park….about a 95 mile trip. The ride had stunning views.
Once in St. Mary we had a whole new section of the park to explore. We drove the East side of Going to the Sun to Logan Pass and so enjoyed exploring St. Mary Lake.
We also found Many Glacier Road to be chock full of Wildlife!
Enjoy the Video!
Travel Update:

Wow! The views are stunning!!! So glad you can experience this beauty!
The Weeping Wall is incredible and probably at its best with all the melting snow. You did an awesome job of capturing that magnificent sunset. The moose in the lake. WOW! Dream sighting for sure!!
Those waterfalls are incredible!! I can’t believe how close you came to that bear….. Not sure I could have handled that narrow road up the mountains as I have a major fear of heights but glad you shared this video!

Thanks for your kind message and following along! We were definitely in the truck when we saw the grizzly. Did you see the claws on that thing… wow!
Awesome!! What fun you are having and we are SO grateful that you are sharing with us. Love all of the water shots. And being in our 60’s, the definition of “wildlife” is so much more rewarding than when we were in our 20’s!!! 😊😎😊
