In this video we explore some of our favorite places in Bend, Oregon and explore the Painted Hills. Bend has a very youthful vibe and is the gateway to all types of outdoor activities for all seasons. There is a vibrant downtown with the Deschutes River running through the city. There is also the Old Mill District with trendy shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved Bend and plan to return.
From Bend we drove 90 miles to the Painted Hills, a geological wonder with stunning colors including wild flowers! The Painted Hills has nature walks and viewpoints that make this a super fun place to explore.
Bend and surrounding areas are stunning and a must see or visit!

As you may have noticed our videos are about 3-4 weeks behind! We work hard to have a backlog!
Anyway, up next will be our incredible summer in British Columbia starting on Vancouver Island and then making our way up to Hyder, AK! (We did not get to see Hyder last year due to fires). So, stay tuned for an exciting summer!
